CosmoPandit provides AI-powered astrology readings that synthesise seven systems — Vedic astrology, Western astrology, Chinese zodiac, numerology, palmistry, face reading, and tarot guidance.

Our service analyses the personal information you provide (birth details, photos) to generate personalised cosmic insights, reports, and guidance.

Important: CosmoPandit readings are provided for entertainment, self-reflection, and general guidance purposes only. They do not constitute:

• Medical advice or diagnosis

• Legal counsel

• Financial or investment advice

• Professional psychological counselling

You should always consult qualified professionals for medical, legal, financial, or mental health matters. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of predictions or the outcomes they describe. Astrology provides a lens for self-exploration — your free will and personal choices ultimately shape your life.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use CosmoPandit.

• One account per individual. Accounts are non-transferable.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

• Upon successful payment, you receive immediate access to your purchased reading or add-on.

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time, though changes will not affect previously completed purchases.

We offer a **48-hour refund policy** on paid readings and add-ons:

• You may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase by contacting support@cosmopandit.com.

• Refund requests after 48 hours will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

• Free readings are not eligible for refund as no payment is involved.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• All content on CosmoPandit — including text, graphics, logos, AI models, report templates, and software — is the intellectual property of CosmoPandit and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

• Your generated reading is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display CosmoPandit content without our written permission.

• You retain ownership of any photos or data you upload, but you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of generating your reading.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models.

• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful files.

• Impersonate another person or provide false information.

• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the platform.

• Resell or redistribute readings for commercial gain.

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law:

• CosmoPandit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

• We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

• You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@cosmopandit.com.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

• Upon termination, your access to paid readings will cease, though we may retain certain data as required by law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
